For over 20 years, I've been working with teams to bring clarity to their business: what's important, what isn't, what needs to deliver results now, and what can wait. I help them prioritize, set goals, and translate strategy into actionable steps they can start implementing immediately. My approach combines 20 years of front-end development experience with my work as a university lecturer, where I bridge the gap between practice and education.
